Product Instruction
SINCOLA cement grout pump mixer is a whole unit of grouting and
mixing. It consists of a mixing tank, an agitator tank and a
high-pressure hydraulic grouting pump. The grout mixer pump is
applied for making the cement grout slurry and then grouting the
slurry under high pressure. This grout has the advantages of simple
structure, reliable work performance, high efficient slurry-making,
high pumping pressure, etc. The grouting output can be adjusted
continuously and the max. work pressure can be adjusted
continuously, too.
The recommended slurry is the cement slurry or the similar.
Application
Mixing the cement (or similar material) and water under high
efficiency and then high pressure grout the cement slurry or
similar slurry to do the sealing, strengthening and stabilizing of
rock and soil in Tunneling, Mining, Hydro-power Project, Slope
Stabilizing and underground project, etc.

Warranty period
1. Quality warranty period 12 months refers to the working time
whichever occurs carlicr.
2. Working time means the accumulative working time of the facility
after delivered from factory. Using time means the period dated
from the day customers purchases the facility.
3. If the timer of the facility fails or using time and displayed
working time are not consistent.
4. Warranty period will not be affected by the changes of users, or
facility stop caused by any reasons.
5. Warranty period of new parts replaced during quality warranty
services are the same with the facility, calculated by facility
working time and using time, and will end with the warranty period
of the facility.
